We are arriving on a cruise ship, can you still pick us up?If you are arriving on a cruise ship, we can pick you up close by. It's just a short walk from the cruise ship terminal. When you make a reservation with us we will provide simple directions for you.

What is included in the trip?All trips include complimentary use of snorkel equipment, fresh towels, drinking water, various inflatable floats, a floating lily pad, pool noodles, and a cooler with ice.

Will there be other groups on board?No, all our trips are private charters. When you book, the boat and crew is there just for you and your group.

What if the weather is bad?If your trip is cut short due inclement weather we will refund you the difference. So you only pay for the time you had on board. If your trip is cancelled due to the weather we will issue a full refund if it can not be rescheduled.

Can we bring alcohol on board?Yes, you may bring your own alcoholic beverages along to place in the cooler.

What time do your trips start?Typically our morning trips start at 8am or 9am and our afternoon trips at 12pm or 1pm. We can adjust start times to help fit your schedule. Please contact us if you would like a different start time.

Where do we go snorkeling?We can go snorkeling from Eden Rock which is just south of Seven Mile Beach up to Boggy Sands Reef in West Bay and anywhere in between including the USS Kittiwake and Cemetery Reef.

Can we snorkel the USS Kittiwake?Yes, we offer snorkelers a chance to see the USS Kittiwake wreck. It is a wonderful purposefully sunk wreck that has become a must see here in Grand Cayman.

What should we bring on the trip?The boat comes fully equipped with towels, snorkeling equipment, and drinking water. You are more than welcome to bring any additional drinks and snacks along to place in the cooler that comes with ice. If you have your own personal snorkeling equipment you can bring that as well. As always don't forget to bring and apply some sunblock.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept all major credit cards as well as cash, either USD or KYD. The crew do not carry change on board.

Where do you start the trip from?Right from the beach! We have the ability to conveniently pull right up on the beach at most hotels and resorts along Seven Mile Beach. We will confirm a pickup location with you after making your reservation. If you are not staying along Seven Mile Beach or if the shoreline where you staying has become too rocky, we can direct you to a few areas with good parking and a short walk to the water.

What is the capacity of the boat?We allow a maximum of 8 passengers if all are adults, or up to 10 passengers if including children.

Do you have trips to Stingray City or Starfish Point?No, unfortunately we only run trips along the calm waters of Seven Mile Beach.

When do you collect payment?When you book online, payment is processed when the reservation is made. If the trip was not booked online, payment is collected while you are on board the boat.

What time does the Sunset Cruise depart?Our sunset cruises usually start about an hour and a half before the sunset. We will confirm with you the exact time once we have your reservation.

What is included in the Sunset Cruise?All trips include complimentary use of snorkel equipment, fresh towels, drinking water, various inflatable floats, a floating lily pad, pool noodles, and a cooler with ice. In addition, we provide a complimentary bottle of bubbles to sip as the sun sinks below the horizon.
